Traffic Manager

Massage Envy is seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to ensure that all creative projects flow efficiently to from brand strategy to creative. You will also be responsible for keeping creative team on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Manage the intake and assignment of projects and for managing the shifting of priorities to meet scheduled deadlines.

Essential Functions

• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project. 
• Create and maintain creative master schedule. 
• Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities. 
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external business partners to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues. 
• Facilitate creative reviews and approvals necessary for project completion.
• Manage projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly. 
• Manage job files. 
• Maintain DAM (digital asset management) system.
• Hold regular production meetings and status updates.
• Special projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in project management, account executive, digital producer, or similar role - Agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing and trafficking interactive, digital, print, OOH, and UX projects. 
• Possess an understanding of Adobe products, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and project management software. 
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once. 
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable goals. 
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills. 
• This is a Hybrid role
