    Reports To:    Director of Communications

    Status:            Temporary - Exempt

     

     

    The Opportunity

     

    The Content Creation & Engagement Manager works directly with the Director of Communications to help oversee Massage Envy’s internal social networking and collaboration site.  This position will play a key role in

    managing Massage Envy’s Jive internal communications platform, ConnectME, and will perform specialized work in written and digital communication.

    What You’ll Accomplish

     

    Success Outcome #1: Assist the Director of Communications with the continuous development of ConnectME, resulting in a streamlined communication process and stronger employee engagement throughout the Massage Envy network.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and track ConnectME posts and other activities to analyze levels of engagement and any other measures of success
    • Follow a set programing process to continually engage the network on ConnectME

     

    Success Outcome #2: Create engaging and timely content for ConnectME posts, leading to high-levels of sustained activity and employee usage.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Director of Communications by coordinating the output of communications content and helping to engage the Massage Envy community to utilize ConnectME
    • Draft captivating written content for ConnectME, while proofreading, revising, and editing any other relevant communication
    • Provide graphic design elements for videos and ConnectME as needed.

     

    Success Outcome #3: Oversee the continued maintenance of the internal communications platform while serving as the main point of contact for a large, internal user base with varying levels of familiarity with web communication and social networking.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Director of Communications and other departmental contributors to moderate user conduct and address posted questions within the Massage Envy network
    • Maintain current knowledge of Massage Envy’s Systems Standards, including any best practices, legal or compliance requirements, and an understanding of any other operations that are relevant to the brand
    • Ensure adherence to any security requirements and protect the system from unauthorized use.

     

    Schedule Required:

    January 20 – February 15 (part time) - can be flexible on the days/hours

    February 15 – May 10 (full time) 40 Hours weekly (8-5 M-F)

    Possibility of further part time work from May 10 – May 30 - can be flexible on the days/hours
