The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) works as a member of the field operations team and supports the independently owned and operated franchised locations within a market as those franchisees work to achieve their business goals. The FBC will endeavor to build positive and long-term business relationships with franchisees and will be responsible for assessing those franchisees’ performance of Massage Envy brand standards.
Massage Envy is looking for a Staff Accountant to perform general accounting activities for the headquarters of Massage Envy Franchising. This role will be a key contributor on the Accounting team responsible for, but not limited to, the recording, reconciliation, and review of accounting activities to include general ledger accounting and account reconciliations for multiple companies. This role works in a team environment that deploys accounting policies, stream-lines processes, complies with internal controls, and takes responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting information.

The Guest Relation Specialist is responsible for aiding customers of franchised locations with their customer experience concerns, in service of the Massage Envy network. You will interact directly with customers of franchised locations and provide support to develop and retain customer relationships with our brand.
