The Marketing Tools Manager will support the independently owned and operated franchised locations and is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining marketing asset tools that are approved to be used by the franchise network. This role will mainly manage the print vendor account with marketing assets, website audits, inventory management and timelines as well as all internal franchisor’s print timelines and assets.     Essential Functions: - Coordinate all print timelines and manage deadlines within internal departments and print vendor. - Audit print vendor’s website, check functionalities, manage assets for replenishment and be the day-to-day point of contact for the print vendor account. - Manage all aspects of point of purchase kits to include but not limited to maintain budget, update clinic database, process invoices, process corporate inquiries, maintain schedules, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams (i.e., creative, regional marketing, promotions, operations, etc.) - Manage multiple spreadsheets, lookup tables and reference documents to create print request documents. - Trouble shoot print vendor inquiries with the regional marketing team and franchise network. - Manage a field/creative platform for custom print and digital asset requests. - Liaison of recruitment assets between Employee Brand Team and print vendor. - Support brand integrity of marketing collateral. - Coordinate with local approved media agencies on monthly reports as needed.   Education, Experience and Skills Required: - Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing/Advertising/Management - Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory fulfillment/replenishment - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Management or Franchising - Strong attention to detail - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management skills / self-starter - Confident in building relationships internally and externally - Willing to travel 5% of the time.   Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits   Hybrid work model - Arizona   In addition to a great work environment, Massage Envy Franchise LLC offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.  Paid Life Insurance and 401K, generous paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.   At Massage Envy Franchising, LLC, we believe in helping people feel their best through total body care—a mission that touches everyone. The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the Franchise Support Center’s assessment of franchisees’ performance of brand standards including utilizing internal tools and resources. The Field Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for communicating effectively with other members of the Franchise Support Center to support franchisees’ adoption and performance of Massage Envy brand standards.   Essential Functions   - Develop strong knowledge base of all brand standards in addition to other Franchise Support Center programs, promotions, strategies, and initiatives. - Develop strong knowledge base of tools and resources used to help assess Franchisees’ performance of brand standards including the SPCR. - Promote adoption of Massage Envy brand standards by franchisees. - Utilize tools and resources to help assess Franchisees’ performance of brand standards. - Provide strong communication with Franchise Business Consultants and other members of the Franchise Support Center regarding franchisees’ performance of brand standards and participation in other Franchised Support Center programs, promotions, strategies, and initiatives. - Assist with educating franchisees about rollouts through tracking ordering, facilitating updates, scheduling, etc. - Perform various administrative duties including researching and managing data collection and summaries related to Franchisee adoption of brand standards and other Franchised Support Center programs, strategies, and initiatives. - Observe, review, and analyze relevant processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made. - Support the Field Operations Manager as needed. - Meet weekly with Field Operations Manager to supply timely market progress updates and review business priorities. - Participate in weekly field team calls. - Collaborate with internal partners to streamline tasks before implementation to the field organization and franchisees. - Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and   Education, Experience, and Skills Required   - College degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of relevant operations experience in a demanding support - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Action-oriented.   The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) works as a member of the field operations team and supports the independently owned and operated franchised locations within a market as those franchisees work to achieve their business goals. The FBC will endeavor to build positive and long-term business relationships with franchisees and will be responsible for assessing those franchisees’ performance of Massage Envy brand standards.   Essential Functions   - Conduct operational standards reviews at each franchised location, including appropriate documentation and follow up. - Communicate and champion corporate initiatives to encourage franchisee adoption and execution within their franchised locations through monthly franchisee meetings, regular market email communications, and individual outreach as needed. - Timely review all communications and other relevant documents to develop strong knowledge base of all Franchised Support Center policies, programs, promotions, strategies, and initiatives. - Provide support and resources to franchisees to help franchisees better understand and/or improve their revenues, profitability, and other aspects of their operations, while maintaining clear understanding that franchisees are solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of their franchised locations and all employment matters. - Work with various internal departments on developing and facilitating network programs and initiatives. - Meet weekly with Director of Field Operations to supply timely market progress updates and review business development priorities. - Assist with strategic market planning and site analysis review for all current and future sites by collaborating with the franchise sales team, Director and VP of Field Operations. - Participate in Annual Franchise Conference and other corporate meetings as assigned. - Participate in weekly field team calls. - Ad-hoc projects, special requests and other duties as assigned.     Education, Experience, and Skills Required   - Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years in a franchise industry and multi-unit leadership - 5+ years of prior business ownership or business consulting experience is preferred. - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to travel as required to meet with franchisees, visit franchised locations, and/or other business necessities (up to 75%) - Strong communication and relationship skills - Solid business acumen including financial statement fluency. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to exercise judgment and act independently. - Competent in conflict management. - Strong multi-tasking skills. - Ability to work well under pressure.   Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits  This is a Remote position.  You must live within the New Mexico/West Texas market. This individual has a passion for social media strategy and an appetite for staying on top of the latest trends, platforms, and information, along with the ability to create compelling content and the ability to translate analytics into best-in-class social media strategies and executions.
