The Vice President of Planning and Brand Marketing is responsible for brand planning, omni-channel content strategies, and local marketing support to deliver drive guest acquisition, membership, and customer engagement, while building Massage Envy’s brand equity. This leader will manage a vast array of programs shaping the direction of the brand by using insights and research to inform and help deliver initiatives and campaigns that will propel the brand forward. The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC)West Coast Florida, works as a member of the field operations team and supports the independently owned and operated franchised locations within a market as those franchisees work to achieve their business goals. The FBC will endeavor to build positive and long-term business relationships with franchisees and will be responsible for assessing those franchisees’ performance of Massage Envy brand standards.
The Digital Manager will develop and execute strategies for delivering engaging experiences across digital channels to continually optimize traffic, usability, and satisfaction to drive business results. This role spans UX optimization, business performance monitoring and analysis across core consumer, employee brand, and franchise development brand pillars.
