The Marketing Tools Manager will support the independently owned and operated franchised locations and is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining marketing asset tools that are approved to be used by the franchise network. This role will mainly manage the print vendor account with marketing assets, website audits, inventory management and timelines as well as all internal franchisor’s print timelines and assets.     Essential Functions: - Coordinate all print timelines and manage deadlines within internal departments and print vendor. - Audit print vendor’s website, check functionalities, manage assets for replenishment and be the day-to-day point of contact for the print vendor account. - Manage all aspects of point of purchase kits to include but not limited to maintain budget, update clinic database, process invoices, process corporate inquiries, maintain schedules, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams (i.e., creative, regional marketing, promotions, operations, etc.) - Manage multiple spreadsheets, lookup tables and reference documents to create print request documents. - Trouble shoot print vendor inquiries with the regional marketing team and franchise network. - Manage a field/creative platform for custom print and digital asset requests. - Liaison of recruitment assets between Employee Brand Team and print vendor. - Support brand integrity of marketing collateral. - Coordinate with local approved media agencies on monthly reports as needed.   Education, Experience and Skills Required: - Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing/Advertising/Management - Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory fulfillment/replenishment - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Management or Franchising - Strong attention to detail - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management skills / self-starter - Confident in building relationships internally and externally - Willing to travel 5% of the time.   Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits   Hybrid work model - Arizona   In addition to a great work environment, Massage Envy Franchise LLC offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.  Paid Life Insurance and 401K, generous paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.   At Massage Envy Franchising, LLC, we believe in helping people feel their best through total body care—a mission that touches everyone. The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the Franchise Support Center’s assessment of franchisees’ performance of brand standards including utilizing internal tools and resources. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will help design and automate reports using SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI and other related technologies.
